[English]

The purpose of this study was to the comparison of the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and based on acceptance and commitment treatment on resiliency in women with social anxiety Bojnord City in year 2019, using a purposive sampling method,45 woman were selected and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group(each group of 15 woman). To collect data social anxiety of Torner & et al(1989) and resiliency of Connor & Davidson(2003) questionnaire were used. This experimental study was conducted with a pretest, post-test and fpllow-updesign with control group. The experimental groups underwent individual mindfulness-based cognitive therapy training(8 sessions 90 minutes) and based on acceptance and commitment treatment training(8 sessions 90 minutes), but the control group received no training. Data were analysed using covariance Analysis. The results showed that both mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and based on acceptance and commitment treatment were effective to increase resiliency in women with social anxiety (p < 0/01) and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and based on acceptance and commitment treatment on increase resiliency in women with social anxiety (p>0/05). Therefore, this treatment can be used to increase resiliency in people with social anxiety disorder.
